TR keeps us on our toes and challenges us daily to maximize client satisfaction and profits (yours and ours) simultaneously. TR has actively supported many Bay Area community causes for over 40 years, including the Merced County Food Bank, education, healthcare, UC Merced, youth sports and more. He has even been known to shave his head for a cause. He’s a current trustee for Merced County Office of Education (MCOE). We thank him for his service to our country too! He is the zebra behind Rental Zebra. There is no gray area with this leader; it’s all black and white.

Alicia manages all facility improvements and on-going maintenance company-wide and does it with energy and charisma. She’s a savvy negotiator and demands jobs well done. Alicia is a devoted supporter of children and adults with special needs. She currently serves on the board of Miracle League North Bay. Tacos are her favorite food.

Cristen spearheads business development and growth for Rental Zebra. A talented real estate investor, Cristen is constantly looking for new opportunities. She is driven to succeed and her creative thinking serves us (and you) well. Her passion for real estate translates into exceptional leadership and customer service. Cristen enjoys country music, guacamole and traveling in Europe. She’s a proud Golden Valley High School Hall of Fame inductee (Merced CA). She also speaks Spanish fluently.

Jamie got us started in this business with her uncanny style, wit, and tenacity. Her industry knowledge and know-how equip us with an edge most companies don’t have. She manages leasing company-wide and ensures we maximize owner investments. Jamie is a proud California Golden Bear and enjoys spending time with family in her free time. Her Spanish is exceptional.

See is our Business Manager and the backbone of our operation. He keeps financials in order and saves all from headaches with his cool, calm and collected demeanor. Patience is the name of his game! Teena is our Accounting Supervisor. Teena approaches each task with a great attitude and brings good energy to our Walnut Creek office. She is a proud graduate of Fresno State with a degree in accounting and is a top notch business writer! She’s a leader with nearly five years of experience with Rental Zebra and will patiently answer all your questions. Teena ensures a great office vibe. She enjoys spending time with family and loves tacos!

Adriana joined our team in 2025. She supports the accounting team as the property management book keeper. Adriana has already earned a promotion in her tenure with us! She excels at attention to detail, and makes sure bills are paid and business can move forward. Adriana loves food, is fluent in Spanish, enjoys watching movies and checking out new coffee shops.

Carolina joined our accounting team as a collections and accounting support rep in 2026. She brings a positive attitude and lots of great questions to Rental Zebra. Carolina is fluent in Spanish, and was born and raised in Mexico. She loves sushi, and hopes to vacation to Tokyo, Japan someday!

Hiza joined our team in 2026 as our accounts payable support rep. She makes sure our trusted vendor partners are paid on time, a very important piece of maintaining those great relationships. Hiza enjoys lasagna, loves Christmas time, is fluent in Spanish, and hopes to visit Vienna or New York, at Christmas.

Erin is our General Manager. She is our resident marketing ace, a reports wizard and she puts brilliance behind all that she does. There is no task too large or too small for this exceptional woman and you’ll be thrilled with the results Erin delivers. Erin is a trustee on the Merced Union High School District (MUHSD) board and is committed to improving her community. She loves to hike, travel the globe and follow her kids’ athletic endeavors. Mitch is our Business Development and Commercial Coordinator. He is a Merced native and brings several years of real estate experience to our team. Mitch is great at helping people find a place to call home. When he’s not at work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family and working with horses at Lazy K Ranch. He’s our resident cowboy and the best of the best people. You’ll enjoy his calm demeanor and ability to make things happen.

Jessica joined our commercial leasing and business development teams in 2026. She jumped right in with ease, and a level of service that is unmatched. Jessica does a great job working with new owners to onboard their properties, and makes sure all of our contracts are buttoned up. Jessica is fluent in Spanish. She was born and raised in Mexico City, loves making magical Christmas memories with her daughter, and exploring new experiences including meals, museums, and new towns.

Shaylynn is our Leasing Director. She’s been a dedicated member of team Rental Zebra for more than 12 years! Shaylynn is a problem solver by nature. She asks great questions and, utilizing her psychology degree, provides professional empathy, helping applicants secure the right home for their circumstances. She and her team pride themselves on finding the perfect balance between maximizing investor returns and keeping happy residents. She's no nonsense and direct in her approach leaving no room for error. In her free time, Shaylynn enjoys spending time with family and going on all sorts of adventures.

Danielle is our Bay Area Leasing Manager. She is a California native, and was raised in the Bay Area. She brings many years of property management and sales experience to our team. Danielle loves to solve problems, and learn new things to help her clients succeed. In her free time, she loves to explore the great outdoors. You will no doubt leave any encounter with Danielle smiling and feeling satisfied.

Lindsay is our DFW Regional Property Manager. Originally from Oklahoma, Lindsay relocated to DFW several years ago and brought with her lots of spunk. Lindsay is patient and always happy to help. She’s quick on her feet and great at finding a solution to any problem. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys live music, and leads her son's scout group.

Victoria joined team Rental Zebra in 2026 as part of our property management team. She helps ensure documents are done correctly, and renewals are sent in a timely manner. Victoria is a master of the tiny details, and our team is so lucky to have her. Victoria is fluent in Spanish, hopes to travel to Iceland one day, has lots of hobbies including looming, basket weaving and cooking.

Enrique is our Bay Area Leasing Assistant. He’s task oriented and in addition to being a team player, he’s an all around good person. He has 10 years of experience in administrative roles and transitioned into property management because he enjoys helping people and saw an opportunity to build a career in the field. When not working, you'll likely find him jogging and listening to great music. He’s a native Spanish speaker.

Mark joined the property management team in 2025. He has already earned a promotion in his time with Rental Zebra. Mark is our property management coordinator, ensuring properties are marketed well, rents are paid on time and files are where they need to be. Mark loves movies, is a gamer at heart, enjoys cooking Baho-a traditional Nicaraguan dish, and is fluent in Spanish.

Suzanne is our Strategic Maintenance Director. She hails from Ohio where she was a realtor and a professional photographer. As a result, she understands weather issues, how to properly improve a home, and her attention to detail is second to none. She’s patient, kind, and not afraid of much! She’s dedicated to protecting properties and ensuring resident safety. Suzanne enjoys the outdoors, traveling with her family and new adventures. She and her boys are also monster truck enthusiasts!

Jack joined the maintenance staff in 2026 as a project manager. He makes sure our move out turns run smoothly, our owners properties and in tip top shape, and our tenants move into well maintained homes. Jack hails from El Paso, is fluent in Spanish, loves Christmas, and playing music, and spending time with his family.

Jimmy hails from the Bay Area and is proud of his roots. He has a diverse resume, including having helped build the home where he lives. He pays attention to detail and is intimately involved in all inspections. Your property is in good hands with Jimmy! In his free time he enjoys tinkering with cars and gardening. El habla español.

Brandon is a work order coordinator, and joined our team in 2026. He ensures work orders are dispatched and addressed as quickly as possible, working with vendors, owners and tenants to keep properties well maintained. Brandon is fluent in Spanish, loves birria, and hopes to visit Montana and Yellowstone National Park.

Marlon is a work order coordinator, and joined our team in early 2026. He is committed to making sure maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and with care. Marlon's attention to detail ensures our owner's properties are well maintained, and our tenants are happy. He is fluent in spanish, loves seafood, and likes gaming to unwind.

Jenny is our inspections administrator. She joined the team in early 2026. We hope you get the opportunity to interact with Jenny-she is always polite and friendly! Jenny's attention to detail ensures property conditions are well documented, protecting our owners and our tenants. She is fluent in spanish, hopes to vacation to Argentina or Patagonia, and enjoys walking her dog and spending quality time with friends and family.

Andria is our DFW Field Agent. A Texas gal through and through, Andria can do it all. Her energy is contagious and she’s willing and happy to help our tenants, contractors, and team to make sure our operations are running smoothly. Andria is nearly always out in the field meeting with people or inspecting properties. She keeps things in motion and gets the job done.

Diana is our IT Support Coordinator. She has an incredible desire to learn and improve systems. Diana is currently studying for a degree in computer programming. She joined our team in 2020. Diana is fluent in Spanish. Her go to karaoke song is "I Will Always Love You" by the late, great Whitney Houston.
